About Jayme

Meet Jayme, Co-Founder of Jargon Support.

She’s the creative force behind our social media and design services, helping tradies and small business owners show up online with content that’s clear, engaging, and easy to understand.

Jayme’s all about practical, no-fuss support that makes branding and marketing feel simple .. not stressful.

Her background

Jayme grew up in Logan and still calls it home. She’s a wife, a mum, and a homeschooler .. and those roles have shaped her approach to business in a big way.

Motherhood taught her patience, flexibility, and how to juggle a thousand things at once. Homeschooling sharpened her skills in organisation, consistency, and creative problem-solving.

She’s learned that sometimes the best solutions are the simplest ones .. and that mindset flows into everything she does at Jargon Support.

Before we started the business, Jayme worked in a bunch of different roles .. fast food, cleaning, support work, even program coordination.

She once studied nursing too. But through it all, she kept coming back to creativity and helping people.

Why we started Jargon Support

Jayme and I wanted to build something for our family’s future .. something that combined both our strengths.

With my background in web consulting and digital and hers in social media and branding, we saw a gap: small business owners were either overwhelmed by tech or stuck with confusing advice that didn’t work.

So we teamed up to create Jargon Support .. a place where tradies and small businesses could get clear, simple help without the jargon.

Her approach and values

Jayme’s approach is all about clarity, simplicity, and making things approachable. Whether she’s designing a social tile, planning content, or expanding a brand, her goal is to make it feel engaging but never overwhelming.

Her values are:

– Creativity: making things look good and feel right
– Honesty: no buzzwords, just real advice
– Simplicity: clear steps, no stress
– Balance: work that fits around real life

She understands how busy life gets .. especially for small business owners.

That’s why she focuses on practical solutions that save time and still look professional.

Who she works with

Jayme loves working with tradies and service-based small businesses. She’s great at helping their personality shine through online, and she genuinely enjoys seeing them feel proud of their digital presence.

Even before we officially launched Jargon Support, she was helping friends and family with graphic design, branding, and social media. That’s when she realised how much she enjoyed turning something confusing into something clear.

Now, she works with businesses who want to stand out online without spending hours figuring it all out.

Whether it’s templates, content planning, or design, Jayme makes the process simple and stress-free.

Her expertise

Jayme’s skills come from a mix of self-teaching, online courses, and hands-on experience.

She’s always experimenting, learning new tools, and keeping up with trends .. especially ones that help small businesses grow.

Her experience covers:

– Graphic design and branding: creating visuals that feel professional and personal
– Social media strategy: helping businesses post with confidence and clarity
– Content creation: turning ideas into posts that actually connect
– Creative problem-solving: finding fresh ways to make marketing feel doable

She’s not about gimmicks or complicated funnels.

Her focus is helping small businesses build a presence that feels real, works well, and grows with them.

Beyond design

Jayme’s big on giving value beyond the project. Whether it’s through templates, tips, or content ideas, she wants clients to feel confident navigating the digital space .. even if they’re not “techy”.

Her goal is to make social media and branding feel less like a chore and more like a tool that works for your business.

A bit about Jayme

Outside of work, Jayme’s a family-first kind of person. She loves camping, cooking, and creative projects .. and she brings that same energy into her work: supportive, creative, and always looking for ways to make things easier for others.

Looking ahead

Jargon Support isn’t just about websites and design .. it’s about helping Aussie tradies and small business owners feel proud of their online presence.

As we grow, Jayme’s excited to keep creating fresh resources, managing content strategies, and supporting clients with ideas that actually work.

At the end of the day, her goal is simple: To help small businesses stand out online without the stress .. so they can spend more time doing what they’re great at.

That’s Jayme in a nutshell. If you’re ready to take the stress out of social media and look sharp online, we’re here to help.
